Policies

At Denton Digestive Care, it is our desire to provide you with timely, quality care. In order to do so, please arrive on time and to make every scheduled appointment. We feel it is important for you to understand our policy as it relates to cancellations, no shows and late arrivals.

New Patients

Please be sure that you have completed the online New Patient Forms. If not, please arrive 30-45 minutes early to complete the information. This early arrival allows our staff to efficiently perform its task of registering you into our systems.

Follow-Up Visits

For follow-up visits, we ask that you arrive on time. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be moved to a work-in status or rescheduled.

Emergencies

All emergencies are seen within a timely fashion, based upon the urgency of your problem. In a true emergency, it is best to dial 911 or go to the emergency room at your nearest hospital. The emergency room staff will contact us or the physician on call.
